Dosing

Definitely enjoyed the extra boost, taking along with whole leaf seems to extend effectiveness. Good overall add to my regimen when I want a bit more.
These are very strong, but less stimulating than the regular mitragynine. Would definitely recommend for sleep, or relaxing on the couch in ur footed pajamas. Good stuff
