Job duties for a Retail Sales Associate include; greeting customers, recommending specific products to meet customers’ needs, answering questions related to products, explaining recommended dosages and how the products work. Additional tasks would include informing customers on promotions or discounts, informing on the tender accepted and explaining the store policies as needed for exchanges and other services. Furthermore, stocking, merchandising and maintaining a clean workplace is paramount to success in this role. Sales training locations will include the Irondequoit, Penfield, Victor, Fairport and Rochester Acadia stores.

We are pleased to offer you a full-time position as a Retail Sales associate with Acadia Group, LLC, beginning February 4, 2024.  The salary is $800.00 per week.It will be paid on a bi-weekly basis as a direct deposit paycheck, through a payroll service, less required deductions. All employees are asked to work weekends.

Upon mutual agreement between the employer and the employee, if you accept this permanent full-time position, the following benefits apply:  5 days of paid vacation per year after the one year anniversary of permanent full-time employment, 5 paid sick days, and 2 personal days. Vacation(s) will be agreed upon in advance for such time(s) that are mutually convenient between the employer and employee. 

Permanent employees may join group healthcare (individual or family) and receive benefits after the prescribed waiting period (including medical, dental, and vision) with direct deduction from their paycheck at a rate of ½ of the total cost paid by the employer for full-time.

 The full-time 40 hours per week schedule may include weekend days. Permanent full-time employees receive paid major holidays off, including New Year’s day, Easter, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Part-Time employees have Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years and Easter off, unpaid. Your starting salary, as a permanent full time Acadia LLC employee, will be $800.00/week.
