Returns
We have a "no-return" shipping policy. If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us via email at sales@acadiacanna.com or call 585-500-9374 and we will replace your products appropriately. Thank you!
Shipping
Acadia offers flat ground shipping for products shipped anywhere across the mainland United States*. We use live prices from UPS and USPS.
For Two-Day UPS the cost is approximately $25, and for overnight, $45.
For our local customers, we offer free in-store pickup and delivery as well!
Policies
Acadia can only ship products to where legally appropriate.* If a product is banned in a state or municipality, Acadia will not be able to ship to that location.
We do not ship Kratom to the following states, cities and counties in the US where Kratom is banned: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin. Sarasota County, Union County, Denver, San Diego. Furthermore, Kratom is also banned in the following countries where shipment cannot be executed: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
