OPMS Gold shots contain roughly 115mg MIT per bottle, and retails at $18-20.

The extract capsules are made with Vegetable capsules from the USA; these are safer than capsules made overseas, they disolve faster than gelatin capsules, and they are more beneficial for restricted diets.
